At SMBC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your SMBC account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
